should have posted rear coilovers in the title.................

i got the setup already..
i just want to know "where" is everyone mounting their upper crossbar?
my budy's car has the bar "cut" into the spare tire well{meaning he notched it##
my next question is,how far in from the backing plates?{or out from the center##
and last.....straight up and down or angle them {in/out,forward/back##

any pics would be appreciated........thanks

I did mine between the framerails. Welded some 1/8 plate to area then squared up the bar and made the coilovers straight up front and back left and right.

I actually tacked the 1/8 plates on the frame, squared it all up, tacked it in place, and welded everything on the bench. But it back in the car and welded up the 1/8" plates to the framerail. Its tough to weld the round tube towards the front due to frame angle in the car.
