If you have a breather in one valve cover and wanted to vent were the PCV valve goes can you?....and then block off were the PCV is hooked up to the intake?...that wouldnt allow boost to get into the intake track right? and Allow the car to be able to breathe better no?...Just until i can install my catch can..its been way to hot to work on the car so i was thinking can this be done for now? and work?...I would take the PCV apart and just use the body of it and run a line to a breather would this work?

Thats what I've been doing for years, gutted the pcv and put a breather on it, a breather on the other valve cover and a breather on the oil fill neck.
Ok i want to do this just until i can install the catch can i bought....I have a Breather on the Passenger valve cover...and i want to do like you said and put a breather on the PCV line...Will this hurt my tune?..make it run lean?...I know its not going to let any boost into my intake anymore once i do this which is good....

You said I backwards lol if you unhook your Pcv from your intake it won't boost your crank case!

The only thing it might effect is idle Very little maybe lol but other then that should be fine

This is how I have mine set up as well. The only difference is that I'm using lines to a catch can instead of breathers. Same idea though.

I am going to use a catch can i have you just didnt install it yet its been way to hot to work on a car...lol..But for now i wanted to well relieve some of the crank case pressure by putting in another breather..and Face it i have a turbo coupe PCV and imo it still gets by some and puts boost in the crankcase..So i just wanted to elimate that..This wont hurt my tune right?..Other then the crankcase getting boost the car runs great dont want to hurt that.....

What?...Catch can or what im going to try now?
Running a catch can. At the moment I was having some blow by causing my dip stick to blow out a little at 11psi. I capped the pcv and am running breathers on both sides of the valve covers. Now I just need to figure out how to incorporate a catch can for each side and I think i'll be set.

How is it working with the PCV capped and the breathers?>..I just eleimated the PCV put a small breather out of the intake and a big breather on the Pass valve cover i will see how that works.,,I never blew out my dip stick..i blew the PCV out once but i found out why it did that after i fixed the grommet it never did it again...So i will see how this set-up works until i do the catch can....

It fixed my blow by and my dipstick stays in place, but the breathers on my valve covers that were once bright red are now almost black from oil contamination. I need a catch can bad.

Yeah i didnt have blow by...The grommet were the one breather is a little over sized so i use some Permatex High temp black to hold it in it does ok..sometimes it will piss out a little oil,..No Baffle underneath it...Thats why i was going to install a catch can..but if putting a breather helps pressure i re-sealed the grommet maybe it wont leak out onto my header and smoke...LOL...My dip stick doesnt budge even at 14 psi....if it doesnt work when it gets cooler out i will remove the upper install the new valve covers i bought and the catch can....
