Cast Iron or Aluminum heads? Most run #175 for Aluminum and #200 for Cast Iron

The coil overs are mainly used to adjust the ride height of the front end aswell as to saving weight . All the struts do is determine the rate of up and down suspension moves. ex.90/10 70/30 50/50 struts. 90/10's are really a drag racing only struts.(not street freindly) They allow to motor to rise quickly then slowly lower down transfering the weight to the rear for traction. Stock struts will work, but they are not good for dragracing with a bigblock. You have to get that motor up in the air. IMHO a 70/30 is Ideal for street and track.
