Well I had the panhard in last year, but horsepower & sound quality prevailed and this year I had to take it out to fit my 3" exhaust.

If I am not running a panhard, what is the best possible rear control arm setup? (its a 93, and I will race it at the track on slicks occasionally but also love throwing it in corners).

Right now i have boxed ford racing uppers with rubber on each end, and poly/solid lowers, with koni yellows and coilovers.

THANKS!

You need to define "throwing it into corners".

You sound as if you want drag race and some sort of roadrace/OT control arm. Most of the time, these are 180 degrees from one another.

By throwing it into corners, I mean the occasional autocross event but more or less hard cornering on the streets. I know they are 180 from each other and that's clearly my problem. I figure the poly/solid split lower will be OK, however spherical uppers can cause bind the same way poly does, correct? For handling only ignoring the track, it would be best to stay with the rubber/rubber uppers?
