Heres the car stats and numbers of what it produced:
1993 Mustang Convertible
Aluminum Gt 40 SVO heads.. Not sure x,y- 303 or 305 With rockers
Gt40 lower and Tubular Upper Intake.
65mm TB
92MM MAF matching the 47lb injectors
BBK headers with H piper no Cats
Vortech V3 SCI with Bypass
UPR 4" powerpipe
Plugs gapped down to .28

Got it tuned as stated and it produced 360RWHP and only 5Lbs of boost.. Does this seem right? Does it mean the car has good engine follow so the blower needs to work more? Could the belt just be slipping and not showing signs?
Was told to do a cam and a pulley and it would produced 440 or more. Whats a good pulley combo to get me 2-3 more Lbs?
Whats the thoughts? Thanks for the advice

Just run more boost. Go down a pulley size and let her eat. I think the SCI is their smallest trim, but closer to 10-12PSI will really wake that thing up
I will also tell you that if you look into methanol injection, your numbers will skyrocket likely once the boost is raised as well as making it safer.
