If I’m not planning on making over 600 hp in the immediate future, am I just as well off getting forged internals and using the extra grand for other parts? Would it also be considered a waste if I stuck with the stock Cobra forged crank and went with billet rods/pistons? I’m just kicking around ideas for my project. If I could, I’d stroke the DOHC motor I’m building and add a stage 1 TDC turbo. (If its cali smog legal). But if I don’t stroke it, I’ll at least forge it with the turbo. Thanks stangers.
