you can have both worlds with it.. , run rubber mounts and its smooth but it twist at the track,,or run a solid mount and the car rattles your teeth out but it don't twist...or run that link bar, hook it up and the track etc..its a waste of money but it looks cool

I run one. I put mine one because I was tired of my solid mounts rattling everything in the car and making every nut that wasn't lock-tighted on fall off. However I didn't want to destory the stock motor mounts I put back on, so I installed the torque link. I've had it for a coupe of years now and I like it.
