Hey all,
just back from Sema and discovered Scorpion now make Inline and TFS wedge specific shaft mount rocker sets,
anyone using these in anger ?
curious on anyone’s experience on setup ,fit , geometry and durability of these.
recently had a Comp ultra gold fail on me which caused reasonable damage to the engine unfortunately,
need something that will handle hi Rpm in a road race application for my 363W
cheers Peter

Scorpion has made shaft rockers for a long time. Never used them.

If you're worried about failure, use a steel rocker and a stud girdle.

Jesel makes their sportsman series in Aluminum or Steel also a very good rocker set up. Not positive which TFS heads they offer the steel version for but worth a look they are close on price point as the scorpions as well.

thanks for the reply Ed,
yep they have made shafts for some years for the inline SBF heads, the TFS specific is a new 2019 product.
what steel rockers would you recommend?
I freshened the engine earlier in the year and attempted to Life the Golds with Steel Ultra Pro Magnums, but could not achieve anywhere near the correct geometry with those no matter what pushrod length and trunnion height I threw at it.
always run a girdle 👍

Not speaking for Ed, but comp pro magnums are pretty decent.
