My backspacing is the problem, it not enough to add the brakes i already got. The spokes dont come to the very outside edge of the wheel and there is a 1/2" lip between the spokes and the edge of the wheels. Would the spacer screw up the steering? I looked at my car and the back wheels are just about straight down from the fender, but my front are set in the fender. With 1" spacers they might stick out about 1/4" past the fender, but its hard to tell.huesmann said:All depends on your backspacing.
Sweet! Thats what i like to hear. What was the reason for the spacers? To clear brakes? (my problem) Did they stick out and look like a low rider?tnturbo said:I've run 30mm spacers on the front of my car with no problems. They are the H&R hubcentrics that have their own studs like what Maximum Motorsports sells
Sort of. I spent about $2500 on my wheels before i got the brakes so to sell those and by cheaper wheels just to fit the brakes doesnt make a whole lot of sense. I dont race the car much at all and mostly get on the brakes hard coming into an off ramp where the stock brakes work fine. Now i'm thinking of selling the brakes instead of trying to rig it up and possibly have issues.DKS.99 said:But from reading your posts, it sounds like you are intrested in looks more so than functionality.
