Sounds like a great idea if they work. Can do myself, don't need a "pedal pumper" sitting in the car whining about being tired, etc.

If you are bleeding/cleaning your system on a frequent basis, they are great, I love them. If you are the casual driver that just does it on a 30,000 mile or yearly basis, then no they are not. I bleed/flush mine appx. every 4-6months(autox/use the brakes alot).

They work, and they're awesome. Saves you time and inconvenience of corralling some buddy into being your pedal pumper.

What they said. I've never been able to make one of those pump gizmos work, but the speed bleeders make bleeding very easy. Well worth it.

I like the speed bleeders. Just as rfloz, I couldnt get one of those pump vacs to work. Speed bleeders are definitely nice. You still have to pump the pedal though, so if there is someone just standing around I still enlist help as it just makes it go faster. One to pump, one to moniter fluid level, and one at the bleeders sure makes flushes go real fast.

What about that Motive bleeding system? I tried to make one out of a garden sprayer. Didnt work too well. The cap I had didnt want to hold all the pressure.

I have them. They are awesome. They basically enpower you to bleed your brakes whenever. People say they leak, but if you are changing fluid often it shouldn't be a problem. You may have to replace them occasionally as the sealant may wear or the valve will get dirty.
