Just need some opinions on it if it's better than the tfs stg 1? Have a chance to get one cheap.
Any one ever use the lunati 51023 cam?

i would run that over the corral.net stage 1. billet core...........
I know I'm half a decade late...but.. did you go with the Lunati? Did it make good steam for you? IMO, it's a very capable NA and boosted camshaft, especially with meth

It has a tight Lobe Sep, so it won't drive that great with the stock tune but will pull hard at WOT.
I had a 107 LS Cam, and sometimes it would lean backfire.. LOL Never had the car tuned but this was back in the day of chip tuning which IMO was never really affordable.

51023 is a steel billet,20350623 is a austemper.

Running 10.5:1 or higher on 91 pump gas?
5.0/5.8 Engine TechIs it possible with aluminum heads and proper cam? Our gas is crap here in Phoenix but I have ran across guys claiming they are at as high as 11:1 on our 91 swill. I've tried 10.5:1 on two very different engines and both pinged on 91 and wouldn't take much total timing.- 44
