That is what we are working with, 1979 Fairmont 3.3l/C3. Soon to be 5.0/T-5. I want it handle "decently" (is that a word). So far I have gathered up SN-95 front brakes, Tokico rear shocks, rear 91GT sway bar, 95 Cobra front sway bar, soon tubular k/arms, and some factory front struts. What should I do? I am going for bang for buck mostly factory stuff but the best. In my 79 coupe I welded on the factory control arms to make them "boxed." I know the ply bushing trick one side only in the rear. I have Global west panhard bar should I install it? I figure cc plates are a must, along with a front/rear strut/shock tower brace. alsong with some subframes how does that sound?

yea the k member is going bye bye, you can actually modify it and drill a new hole and cut an ear off but i am getting a tubular for weight savings purposes.

Cool, keep us up to date as you progress. I still think that some day I've gotta do a Fairmont track car, I just don't know when that will be. :)
