I’m having an issue with my airbag on a 90 fox. First, I noticed that there was no airbag light coming on when I start the car. Then started hearing that annoying chime when there’s a airbag problem. I checked and tested the bulb, then realized that there’s no power going to the cluster from the plug. Did some reading about it, and removed a larger blue box from behind the A/C control which looks to be some kind of computer for the airbag. There’s also a smaller blue airbag power supply somewhere that I can’t find. Not sure what is causing this issue.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys!!

the audible tone occurs when the bulb does NOT work and there is a fault

there is a backup power supply on rail behind the a/c controls

the bulb only comes on during prove out, or a fault, if the module lights a bulb but there is faulty wiring then it will think the bulb is out.

best start doing circuit integrity tests

Ttt. Does anyone know if the module can power the airbag light? Still have no power going to the cluster.

it provides the GROUND to light IT

the power that goes to the light is paralleled off at the input of the light

are you not looking at the wiring diagram and see that?
