Doing this will move the header up ~15/16" and out ~ 15/16" on both sides relative the header being used. That said 351W swap headers are tight around the steering shaft. I suspect you will find a header tube and a steering shaft trying to occupy the same point in time and space.

IOW: they will crash.

That being said; the header swap might Cure a disease often found on W heades. Might not hang too Close to the ground.

No; I have not tried this and cannot add to the answer.
