Hey guys gunna purchase a on3 turbo here soon but still not sure which exhaust a/r to choose. .68 vs 1.0

stock block 347
rhs 215 heads
systemax intake
custom FTI cam

dont plan on spinnin past 5500 to keep power levels down. I want the .68 for faster spooling but will this choke up the engine @ around 5500? Trying to keep power under 500whp

.68 works well on 306, 1.0 will be good on 347, 3 1/2" down pipe, you should be full boost around 4k,
my downpipe is only a 3" and I dont have plans to change it anytime soon.

4k seems like it will be turning on later than I want. I dont wanna spin past 5500 so that wont be much time in boost. Would the .68 be restricting only being spun to 5500??

Will be keeping boost in the 6psi range

They should offer a .81 or .96 ... not sure which is best for you but Im pretty sure its safe to say the .68 is too small and the 1.0 is on the big side..

You will be fine with the .68 housing. I get full boost just over 3k. I have the basic H/C/I setup as well. Granted I spin mine to 6k and make over 500 but you will be just fine it wont choke the motor
