I'm building a turbo lq9 for my 1998 gt, and have TONS of questions, this is my first LS swap. What all is needed to make this swap happen? Switching to an auto also. I have built suspension and built rear already. Wanting around 700-750hp at the crank. What do I new for wiring? I have a fuel system in the works, what about transmission? K member and mounts?

whats needed? a lot of research or reading, theres many ways to go about it and just have to decide which way. I use LS1tech, good forum for a lot of newbs. you can use your stock k member and LS1 mounts or aftermarket k member for a 4.6 You can use a stand alone wiring setup or a harness from a truck, car vette, etc. like I said there are just to many ways to do this now, 4l60e 4l80, glide, t350 or 400 700R4 all work depending what you want to do. 4L60E many will say is weak, but I'm been 9's but I also love a good glide but loose a lot of driveabilty with it or I should say cruising on the highway.
