I have a Fordstrokers 363 with a Vortech v3si supercharger. I'm looking to make 600-650whp nothing crazy. The heads are Trickflow TW 190 11R. Cam is a Fordstrokers custom grind. Intake is a Trickflow R series (non box R). Throttle body is a 75mm Accufab and the MAF is a Pro-M 80mm. Injectors are 60lb with Glenn's performance rails. Headers are Mac 1-3/4 Long Tubes to a 3" Prochamber with 3"with dumps. I'm looking for pulley suggestions (s/c & crank) to achieve my 600-650whp goal on 93 pump gas. Thanks

i would do a 10 rib 8'' crank pulley and a 3.33 upper pulley = blower speed at 51892 right at max blower rpm. this is at 6000 rpm engine speed.

I would run a 8" lower and 3.15 upper. I have a similar set up as you. This pulley set up gives me 17-18psi max with at least 15psi fall back on the shift. I have run a 2.85 upper as well. You will be getting 10% belt slip at least....even when you are cranking down on the tensioner so factor that into your impeller speed.

My tuner recommended a 8" 8rib crank with a 3.80 supercharger pulley to achieve my 600-650whp goal on 93 pump gas with my 363. He says a 3.33 would be for the max with my set up with my v3si.

I was told by my tuner that 60's are usually good to about 700. I have an almost identical set up as dyingbreed and am awaiting a tune right now. I will update as soon as I get the results.

I have the same setup, but TFS205 heads and shorty headers on E85 and made 600 whp through a TKO600. With the 8in and 3.33 I made 13 psi at 5800-6000.
