Ok turbo folks, here it is. I'm starting my build. Dart Iron Eagle(all 5 mains 4 bolt)8.2" deck, 4.00" bore, Eagle 4340 3.25" crank, Eagle 4340 H-beam 5.4" rods, pistons TBD, 70cc Vic Jr. heads 2.05/1.60, cam TBD, Vic EFI intake, 90mm TB, On3 76mm ball bearing, billet wheel upgrade kit, w/60lb. injectors, PMAS MAF, 340lph fuel pump, so on and so forth.

Car is an '89 Coupe. Currently 302, GT40 irons, Edelbrock Performer intake, E-cam, 70mm TB, 150 shot NOS, WC T-5, 3.73.

Just dropped block, crank, and rods off for machining, etc. Updates to follow. Hoping for great results. Going in open minded. Have read good and bad reviews regarding On3. I dealt with Power Adder Solutions and was very pleased with my customer service. One part(BOV, I think) was backordered, but received in a couple weeks. 6 months later, it's still in boxes, lol. I'm only looking to achieve small things considering the hardware, but 600+RWHP for a daily tune would make me happy.
We'll see.

Will follow your build to see how you do. Good luck

sounds good, get her done and post up pics. I'm planning a single turbo for my stock block 333. Suppose I should get the 76mm?

If a 340 pump an 60's are all you got, it might be hard to make 600 rwhp.

Are you running fuel rails? bigger lines coming from the tank? Etc.

That's what I have right now. It's no going to support 600+, no. I'm currently working on piecing together a "real" fuel system. It will be(at the minimum) dual 340s, but more likely just go with A1000. Like to do full Aeromotive system, but will see how the budget works out. Either way, yes, all those things are being addressed. Can't wait to get it all together and actually work on making some meets/races.

Can't wait to see the pictures from the build. I hope one day soon to be doing a build close to what you are doing.

I have 600hp Flywheel. with 60's and a 340 PAS pump. And the cheap Professional Products fuel rail with gauge. It actually was a nice piece. The rest of system is stock.

Ok, 5 years later and I'm still trying to get this thing together! Here's where it's at:
Dart Iron Eagle Block, 4.030"
Eagle 3.25" forged crank
Eagle 5.4" forged rods
Probe 2618 Forged, flat top pistons
AFR 205cc, 72cc chamber heads
Custom FTI turbo cam, valve spring, timing set
Edelbrock Vic Jr EFI intake with elbow
80mm Holley Throttle Body
Treadstone T4 hotside
Turbonetics T4 midframe HP76mm turbo
On3 coldside
Aeromotive A1000 fuel system, also have Pro Series Pump
80+ lb/hr injectors(TBD)
UPR tubular front suspension w/coilovers
UPR pro series rear suspension w/antiroll bar and coilovers
8.8" rear w/3.27 gears
Lentech strip terminator AOD.
Tuned with Holley HP EFI

Just trying to build a healthy street car with 9 sec. potential. Some things aren' exactly matched, I know, but let me know what you think. Tried to source parts to support more HP that I want in order to build a (fairly) big power car that will be reliable. As I said, looking for 6-700whp/9 sec capable car that I can drive fairly regularly. Comments/questions, suggestions all welcome.

Looks like a healthy combo. I have a friend that pieced together a HCI stock lower 351 with leftover turbo parts, through a home built C4, ran multiple 8.8X in the 1320.
