stock block? if so you could make enough power to split the block with your 70mm. the bigger turbo won't help the blocks power limit. :p

it can make plenty of power! I split 2 stock and a b50 block with a 306 and pt7675. Then i upgraded to a dart iron eagle and the car went 9.30's @ 2800 lbs with a carb and c4. Its a great turbo but it choked my 363 when i rebuilt the engine.

For your specific application I feel the On3 70mm would be a better turbo than the 7675.
I also don't think a 7675 is the correct turbo for a 363 either.

so if given a option between the two you would chose a on3 over the precision?

with the stock block the car ran low 11's. None of my stock blocks made it to the 10's.

as far as the turbo choice, i agree with Meegs on the 70MM for the combo you have now.

Yes. For a manual transmission, 306 stock block street car.
On3 70mm is well matched for useable power.

If you have a well built C4 it will be more reliable than any T5 or Tremec manual tranny. The torque you will be making will punish the manual transmissions to death.I have a Dynamic Mighty Mite C4 behind my stock 302/66MM Borg Warner turbo powered work car and it simply puts out tranny killing power every time I pass a Charger or unsuspecting SS Brand X turd every time I mash the GO pedal.

went 10.54 letting out....
Nice...my stock block 306 went 10.38 @ 138 with a 5 speed and 66mm turbo...it proceeded to run 9.92 @ 141 with a C4 with trans brake...then the block cracked...LOL!

What was the rest of your combo to run a 10.38?

out of the box Edelbrock Performer RPM heads
Comp Cams Turbo grind...232/228 dur and 540/532 lift
Edelbrock Performer RPM2 intake w/70 mm TB
Big fuel system with 42 lb injectors
Crane HI-6 TRC ignition/timing retard box
3.73 gears with 5 speed and 3.27 gears with C-4
28 x 10.5 Slicks
Full 3" exhaust with tailpipes and Flowmaster mufflers (Haha!)

Never on a dyno and never a chip tune, just old school jacked up fuel pressure (52 psi base pressure) and pull the timing out under boost with my Crane box

I was running this car back in 1998-2000...it was my first turbo car build.
