Up for sale is a modified 1986 Mustang SVO. No trades. $7,000 obo. Make me an offer. Motivated to sell. Title is free, clear, and in hand. Located in 29829 - Graniteville, SC

Car has 103,xxx original miles. New engine has ~500 miles on it.

Interior:
-Kenwood radio with Sirius XM capability
-A-Pillar gauges - Autometer - Boost/Vacuum, Volts
-JL Audio 6x9s in the hatch
-Inifinity 3" tweeters in the dash
-Driver seat is torn/worn from normal use (see pics)
-Headliner is falling/ripped (see pics)

Exterior:
-Charcoal Grey
-There is rust spots (see pics) on the car.
-There appears to be some front end damage that occurred before I owned it. You may want to check with Carfax to verify.I obtained the car in 2001. It would have had to have been before that. It looks to be only on the front left quarter.

Engine:
-Block rebuilt to OE specs (pistons, crank, rods, etc)
-Lightly ported stock head (just to clean up the imperfections)
-Ranger roller cam
-Forced4 CAI
-Stinger Performance FMIC Intercooler
-5.0 Throttle body conversion
-40Bob gutter upper intake and knife edged lower
-42# injectors
-255lph Walbro
-Stainless Works shorty header (stock turbo location)
-Turbonetics T3/T4
-Turbonetics manual boost controller
-Magnaflow mufflers
-Cat removed
-Optima battery - Red top
-Original T5 tranny
-200rwhp, 235rwtq @ 12psi - conservative tune


Car idles strangely. I'm fairly certain it's just the TPS going bad. Other than that, car runs strong. A/C works, but needs to be recharged and updated to R-134a standards. I still have the majority of original parts that I have modified and/or replaced.

Why does it only make 200 rwhp? That seems low. I am not dogging it, but isnt that close to stock? That has to be wrong. With your mods it should be close to 275. Nevermind that is only 12 lbs of boost. Have you cranked it up at all? That thing would be a beast. GLWS!

Crank it up to like 18 lbs and you might want to keep it, lol

Why does it only make 200 rwhp? That seems low. I am not dogging it, but isnt that close to stock? That has to be wrong. With your mods it should be close to 275. Nevermind that is only 12 lbs of boost. Have you cranked it up at all? That thing would be a beast. GLWS!

From my understanding, the ranger cam needs to be degreed to get anymore out of it. And no, they made 205 flywheel hp...so, more like 175rwhp. And yea, it is low...but I think its the exhaust that is restricting it. Buy a 3" exhaust and it would probably open it up some more.

yep, I have the ranger roller and retarded mine 6* and have 3" pipe all the way back but I have a stock turbo. At 15 lbs I cant get traction even in 2nd gear.

Keep it if you can, they are not getting any cheaper
