2003 Cobra Replicas and aerospace brakes. Nogo!

So I just ordered and received a set of 4 lug Ď03 Cobra Replicas for my Ď88 Coupe. Just needed a set of street wheels. Never would I thought these would not work with the Aerospace front brakes I have. Itís obvious the hub is to large to fit thru the bore of the wheel. I guess the only options I have would be to (A) sale the wheels, or (B) put my stock front brakes back on the car. Iím guessing B is the better option.

How much larger? Does Aerospace offer different hubs? Can the new rims be bored out for hub clearance without weakening them? Might see if a local machine shop would be willing to do it. Just some ideas. Good luck.

It appears they need to be opened up maybe 1/4Ē about an inch from the back side of the wheel bore. Iíve thought about that, but not sure if I want to chance damaging the wheels

Well Iím very disappointed. I finally got around to swapping my brakes back to stock 4 lug so I could run the front wheels. I get the wheels on and they stick out past the fender. Sad to say Iím not happy. If I knew this I could have settled for a set of ponies or something.
