ARE LOW 10'S POSSIBLE?

With my combo i'm going to be running, are low 10's possible? Heres my combo.Stock block 302, ported tw heads, anderson b31 cam, trickflow street intake, Single mpt70, turbonetics 38mm wg, knock off 50mm blowoff, 42lb injectors, 255 fuel pump, anderson pms, pmas pro tube, 70mm tb, c4 trans 4000 stall, 3:73 gear. All of this is on my 92 mustang that weighs about 3200 lbs. I know i'm limited with the stock block, but what would you change with my combo if anything to get to my et goal.

I would say the first change would be to get rid of the 3.73s how high you go will be based on how tall a tire you will be running
