dosen't ponydown have a turbo kit for your car you might want to check them out.

There techincally is no "best" size. You want large goobs of power? You go big, you want something good around the street...you go smaller...

With that being said, Master Power T70 is a decent mix of both...

Of course stock 4.6...you'll want something probably that spools good and gets you to 450HP on a good tune without kicking out the rods.

I was thinking about a T56 .. is that too small?

yes.

Get the masterpower t-70 like suggested above. Good turbo. Great price. Good reliability with lots of guys going fast with them. You can't beat it bang for the buck.
