Another turbo gear ratio question

OK right now I have 3.73 and will have twin SC60's here soon. How bad will the 3.73 hurt me in the 1/4. It is a street strip car and I am wondering if the 3.73 will hurt me enough to make it worth doing them before I do the entire rear next winter. I will be running 275/40/17 MT drag radial if it helps and the car is a 5-speed

Well, with that gear, first gear will be absolutely useless... The car WILL go faster with a 3.27...and by faster I mean that it will be both quicker and better MPH through the quarter mile.

Save yourself the aggravation. Change the gear. You'll be glad you did.

Go with the 3.27.... I can't imagine needing a 3.73 with twin SC60's. Hell, even 2nd gear with 3.27's in my vert with Nitto dr's with a single Precision T-70 is useless.

Guess I will be looking for a deal on a set of 3.27 or 3.31. maybe I will just never use first until I get them changed out
