Do you have a oil cooler?

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has a oil cooler on there car and what kind?

Does it work well...

I have a 99 GT im putting a 5.4 in thats twin turbo'd so was just wondering who else has put one in there cars or its un needed... thanks

I used to have one on my car when it was supercharged. Once I turboed the car and put an automatic in it, I took the oil cooler off because I needed to mount a transcooler in that location.

Honestly, unless you are running open track events, it is unecessary. It certainly won't hurt, but for regular street driving and the occasional jount on the track, it will make no difference. Using a synthetic oil will be more than sufficient for the average guy.
