Boost&Turbo Q'S 62-1 .81AR

Looking at installing a 62mm turbo .81AR .I have a 90lx with 40k mile 5.0 with stock cam,1.7 rockers, tfs heads cobra intake,5sp 327 gear.

What rpm will turbo start to make boost.

What rpm will I see the max of 10psi of boost.

Life expectancy of a 62mm turbo with or without ball bearing.

I talked to a guy today about a 62mm.81a/r turbo with my combination.

He said it would start boost at low 2000 range and provide full boost at low 3000 rpm. What do you guys think.

That sounds about right. That turbo on my stock motor spools just a tad later. not much. Its hard to tell when driving.

NEVER do business with Sam Rivera AKA Sam Wilson.

For what its worth you might consider the .68 AR Should spool a little quicker for a street car.

Again it is hard to tell when driving but I wanna say im seeing boost at or before 2000 and full boost by 3000.
