Not yet, just asking questions and always trying to learn more. I could change my mind a dozen times with what Im gonna do next, especially since I havnt found my next project car yet. Cant find a roller I am happy with, and ones I do find are very far away. Will just keep looking while I do some things to the coupe. So what stang you drive around Mt. Washington?

I know you wanted AOD's but the best I've managed is just a tad under 17mpg...they problem is keeping my foot out of it. If I get on it...the mpg goes to hell real fast with the 2 a-1000's and 160lb injectors.

17mpg isnt bad with what you have. With your car on the street, I would be afraid to get on it.

Sounds like its gonna be a runner. Debating on my c9oe block, either a na stroker or maybe a turbo with stock stroke. Have plenty of time to plan, dont have the car its going in yet!

Was just curious on what mileage these turbo cars were getting, seems with a stroked windsor, an auto car gets poor mileage, with a stick it can be better. So was just curious about the turbo cars, since they can make similiar power, though with a turbo, more can be had. Makes you feel sorry for those stock blocks..

I have a 5sp and I get the worst gas mileage on the planet! I think it’s in the tune but it just plain sucks. I have a 14 mile daily round trip commute and it take a quarter tank of gas each day and that’s babying it.

Ha with turbo's fuel consumption can be Very good or VERY bad !!!
Depends on the nut ....
Strange in my case high-sh cruise is better than 50 mph cruise...

I get around 24 on the highway and around 20 in town I'd say. My usual trip is about 62 miles to there and back and that takes me about $10 worth of gas at $3/gallon. So whever that comes out to be...
