please help me out guys

hi there guys, i am abotu to take my toy out this weekend, but i am wondering if i need to get a new convertor or not, the turner said it was a real loose convertor, from what i read it sounds like the convertor is ok but i dont konw, the car put down somthing like 450whp and 640rtq( 10 lbs on a 331 stroker) but whe u look at the graph it holds the power curve from like 3000rmp up to 6000rmp its a nice flat graph. i wa thinking that it should be making more whp with those kind of torque numbers. i kwno this much u can be driving it on the street at say 50mph and peg it in 3rd gear and the car just goes all over the road.

little side note,
i took her to the track with some little 25in tires on it, with a 3.55 gear and i ran out of gear by like the 1000ft mark( but it was spinning real bad) and the car still managed to pull off a 12.5 @ 72mph.

also what do u guys think it should run considering that i am now runing some mt 295/45/17s and a 3.27 gear ( and it has uppers and southside lowers)

Auto with a loose converter is going to show less HP than say a 5 speed. I wouldn't worry so much about dyno numbers - it's just a tool. The real indication of how a car is running is the dragstrip.

Nice numbers BTW.
