302

Thinking of putting a low mileage 93 302 in because mine is about done. Are there alot of problems running 10-14 psi on hyper pistons?

As long as you have a good tune you shouldn't have any issues with the hyper pistons.

If you do not tune the first time something goes wrong your motor will be done.

By that I mine to much timing and or little fuel.

i run hypers no problem. i'd worry more about your hg then a hyper piston.

like mentioned, a safe tune is highly recommended. you don't necessarily need a chip or standalone, but want to be able to monitor air fuel and run reasonable timing.
