Want to make my car turbo

Guys I want to make my 2002 mustang gt turbo so bad buy everywhere I looked they cost 5900+
I have seen quicktime turbo kit for for older car for like 2900+. I email quicktime and they send me email back saying they are comming out with turbo kit for 5000+ for 1999-2004 mustang gt but price is still high.

What do 1999-2004 mustang gt need k-member to have turbo and 2005+ model don't need one. I can get vortech tuner kit for 2400+ but I want turbo. I love the sound of turbo and the power they makes. Why do turbo makes more torque then superchared car ?

Is there any kit for less then 4000 ?

Give bgturbokits.com a call! They are working on a kit right now that should be out in a few weeks for the modular mustangs. Supposed to be under $2500!

Go turbo, you won't regret it!!

There's a 90 coupe in my club w/a new motor, carb and it put down 578hp/700tq! Daily driven and retains the AC. Here, I am trying N2O for the first time and wish I was going the turbo route.

Just remember the B&G kit is based around a tubular K so you will want to figure that into the price. I am sure it will still beat the pants off the other comanaies price wise, just wanted to make sure you knew

That is sort of hard to believe unless: you supply your own k-member, the kit is based on stock exhaust manifolds and no turbo headers are involved and you also supply your own fuel system, chips etc. Still, if that is the case, it is a good deal...

That is true but still not bad. The point is there is alot of "stuff" necessary in a turbo system. No other way to slice it. And the stuff costs. If the headers are not needed, you are saving like 500 bucks-but also basically using log style stockers or shorties.

Yes it is designed around stock manifold or shorties. I am not sure if you would need the coil overs and A arms. As soon as I he is finished mocking it up an my car I will let you guys know
