Downs Box intake for turbo app????

I like the look of the Downs black box intake cause I have black motorsport valve covers, But is this a good intake for a turbo car. I have seen some w/custom sheetmetal box style intakes but don't see anyone w/the downs box. Engine will be basically stock w/bolt ons and Quicktime turbo setup

For your current setup, basically stock - go for a GT40, Cobra or Explorer intake and save yourself some money.

Unless you plan on spinning 6500+RPM, stick with standard setup.

The truck style lowers seem to work with boxed uppers...On forced induction..."Maybe" the lower manifold was restrictive compared to Perfomer ???
I wouldn't change from a good relativley heavy breathing n/a manifold . It seems boxed is a cheap alternative or fitted / fabricated due to clearance issues....
