sheet metal vs normal intake

what are the gains to be expected with a sheetmetal upper over a tfs conventional upper.thanks

Depends...
Without knowing all of the parts and pieces to the puzzle, you may lose power with a sheet metal intake, you may gain it if you have the right parts. Just tossing the intake on may not do squat.

maybe nothing, or mabey alot, or even loose hp's or tourqe it really depends on , runner volume, velocity engine size, RPM,cam or power adders Ect and a lot of other factors. so it's really hard to distingush what's better or not other than trial and Error for each application.
