Converting 90mm lightning maf to fox?

I see a lot of people using the lighting 90mm maf and lighting 42lb injectors on their fox's for their blow through set up. It cant just plug right in can it? What has to be done to get it to fit? I know you need an adapter on the end for blow through. Can it be used on an A9L with no problems? Reason I'm asking is I found a nice deal on a lighting 90mm maf, adapter and 42lb injectors for 400 bucks new. I'm shooting for 600hp on a 70mm turbo and eventually meth injection with more boost. Will the maf handle that?

Stock computer will not handle it. Need a twEECer or a custom tune to load the new MAF transfer functions.

This is what my tuner always recommends, from mild to wild.

+1 of what USAF91gt wrote and:

To answer your question is that yes it will work. You will have to buy an adapter from your harness to the new style 4 or 6 pin.

One thing to look at, is the maf's diameter too big for your blow through application? If it is, you will have airflow problems around the maf sample tube. I used a maf out of a Mach 1. Has the same diameter as my inlet tubing so there was no turbulence through the sample tube.

Also, not sure if 42#'s is enough injector to get you where you want to be safely. Consider getting 60#'ers, and recalibrating the maf for that.

The lightning meter pegs really fast, especially in draw through.
