No problem with doing that. If you are going to get it dynotuned, a lightning maf can be adapted. They are about 80 bucks from diversified (cheap cheap said the bird). But you HAVE to get it tuned to run. You would need to make an adapter from the airfilter end to tubing. Procharged makes an adapter like that for their blower kits.
