Engine revs for a twin setup

Hi all. Just thinking about my twin turbo v8 setup. If there is one turbo per bank of 4 cylinders does that mean each turbo see's half the revs? What I mean is that if my v8 is running at 6000 revs each turbo is only seeing 3000 revs,(exhaust pulses) right? I this is true then how does it affect turbo selection?

Who cares about revs. Its the volume of exhaust gas the turbo cares about. When running twins just cut the cubes in half and size accordingly.
