TT questions

hey guys, got a couple questions about turbo charging my capri.
I'm looking at going with a set of T3 .60/.63 's to start out with and if it works out then maybe later I'll change them to ???.
Question 1. How much boost do these little things put out with the stock wastegate on them, and with 2 would the boost be any higher?
2. Do I need to run a BOV. after some reading, it seems to be the safer way to go. And where should I put it. This will be an intercooled system, so do i need two bov's or just one after or before intercooler?
3. The car is carbed and I'm going to be running a csu carb, but what size should I go with? The car already has world windsor jr heads, performer rpm intake and F303 cam. Should i run a 650 or 750 cfm. (I already have a 650 DP on it).
and finally, the one turbo has an adj wastegate actuator arm, the other does not, if the boost levels are different between the 2 turbos, is that bad, considering its all going into one intercooler anyway?

Sorry for the novel guys, kind of new to the turbo game but hopefully with a little of the right info I can have this thing going by the summer.
Any other info or ideas would be greatly appericated.
thanks in advance, Dave

1-I think around 10psi- I don't really know as I run externals.
2-Yes, I run duals, both before the intercooler. I guess you could run one large one after the intercooler if you wanted to.
3-Unknown as I'm injected, the F-cam should work great but it does like more rpm than a stock cam and with this combo working good it will split a stock block.

I was told by someone a while ago that the wastegates can be "fooled" on these turbos resulting in more boost?
How safe is that?
If the 2 turbos are putting out different boost levels (ie, one at 10 psi and the other at 14psi) what effect will that have on the intake side of the intercooler? Is this a bad idea, the only reason i'm asking is because one has and adj, actuator arm and the other does not. I'm guessing that this will somehow effect the boost?
