Help!!! ASAP

My trouble is that originally this set-up was running great. Everything was working great, etc. Now, I'm having a lot of trouble getting it to run correctly. What happens is when you get on the pedal the turbo will spool, you'll start to see alittle power and then right at about 3,000 RPM it falls on its face. I can hear a small amount of blow-off. My first thought was the fuel system I had the injectors cleaned, replaced the fuel filter, etc. and still the same thing. My other thought is that the wastegate is remaining open and not allowing any boost to build. Its a really annoying dilemma considering the motor and turbo was working excellent and then this problem developed for no apparent reason. Should I install an aftermarket fuel pump?

I'm just at a dead end, and since this is mostly my brothers car he is getting to the point where he wants to sell it. I don't want him to, but it is his car. I figure by getting it running up to par again his urge to sell it will disappear. The actual set-up is listed below.
