Stock headgaskets on 4.6 are multilayered steel (unlike 5.0s). That should be fine. If you need to have a specific thickness of gasket, Cometic headgaskets.

Stock on the 4.6

I am finishing up my (Goal 650 RWHP) single Turbo 4.6 GT I checked with alot of Performance shop People I trust and they all said STOCK with Studs...

The stock or fel-pro MLS (multi layer steel) gaskets will work great for this application. If your heads or block deck have been resurfaced you have to pay attention to the finish. These gaskets require a very smooth finish on both surfaces.

I would also go with ARP head studs for piece of mind and excellent clamping.

I got the fel-pro $88 set
I've 2 set of the ARP head studs
