Quick balance question

I have asked this before, but i will be starting the car on saturday(FINALLY!!) and i need to know what to listen for to see if the wheel hits the housing. When i had the turbo off the car, i had some shaft play, but i pulled it to one side and spun it and it did not hit the housing, and i assume with oil in there things will tighten up. The person i bought it from said it has a slight whistle on idle, but i didnt see fine metal shavings or evidence that it hit the housing. What do you think that whistle could be? i do have that small chip in one of the fins, could that be it?

If it spins free and doesn't hit the housing, it should be fine.

The whistle should be normal. Good luck!
