bov O ring q

Is it really necessary? the bov doesnt seem to want to go on with it

It'll go on. Just need to cuss at it a little more. I had a helluva time with my tial. Don't quite remember how I did mine. I think I got the clamp on first, below the collar. then put it on with o-ring. then opened up the clamp and slid it up over the flange and BOV.
