Who makes a Carbed Turbo setup/kit for 351?

Hey guys, i've been searching on here for some answers but can't really find anyway.

I want to do a carbed turbo setup probably witha single GT35R or GT42R, i don't want twins just a big single. Anyone steer me in the right direction?

Thanks,

You do. Seriously, that's custom work, as far as I know. Pick a fan and start heating up the mig welder.

Go to turbomustangs.com and check out their blow though carb section. Really all you would need is a tuner kit for a efi 351 and add your blow through carb and carb bonnet.

I've done one (not for my car though, it went into a Pinto that runs 10's and looks like hell), and it is as easy as it sounds.

Yeah i went to turbostangs earlier and looked at the CSU carbs, and the magnafuel fuelpumps etc... but the thing is how do you really tune on a carbed car. I could use a wideband to help me out but as far as the carb...does CSU have to know hwat turbo you are using?

The one I have helped out with was right on from csu. We have a wideband other than that its just jet changes.

A GT35R isn't exactly a big single 650 WHP is as much as you're going to get completely maxing one out.

I'm looking to make between 600-700rwhp max enough to run low 10s, how about a T88 lol? I need to find a tuner kit as one of you stated and go from there i guess. Just the tuning part kinda baffles me with blow thru carbs using big fuel pumps etc...guess i need to read up more.

Right now i don't think my internals can handle the power... i have eagle SIR forged rods claimed to hold 700hp, and Keith black hypereutetic pistons which i have a feeling won't hold and the cast crank i'm not sure about.

What would be a good bottom end combo to go with?

Im kinda in the same boat as you. ponydowns make a hotside single turbo kit for about 529 and add lik 50 bux for 351w. I am planning on using a T70 turbo with intercooler and meth/water injection to reach the 700 hp mark. As for a bottem end, im looking at JE sportsman pistons with a 27cc dish and eagle H beam 4340 rods and im still debating on a cast steel crank or a forged crank. as for the cold side, i was jus gunna get sum carb bonnet, custom make the intercooler piping and home mod my carb for blow thru.
