4R70W questions.

Well, i am currently in the process of pulling the block to do forged internals and have decided to take care of the tranny while im at it as my crappy 3650 isn't going to last long with increased boost. I think im going to go with a 4r70w because a built T-56 is too cost prohibitive. Anyways, does anyone have any experience with these trannies. My builder tells me that it will have a full automatic mode and drive like a stocker, but with the flip of a switch it will drive like an AOD. Just wanna know if anyone is using this tranny and how happy you are with it.

I have a 4r70w to handle 700 ft-lbs and still handle shifts like a stocker if it is controlled right. The key is a tuner or baumanator controller.
