The boost level was never completely nailed down. I had the 5lb. spring in the wastegate, but the gauge read as high as 11lbs. or so. On the dyno this time, we started out with the 5lb. spring, but the boost was all over the place, really erratic. We thought maybe the small spring couldn't control the boost. (Sidenote...with the small spring in there, the car made 467whp somewhere between 10-12psi.) We put the 7lb. spring in, and the boost leveled out dramatically.
