Need Help with turbo kit

Hello everyone I have a problem I purchased a Used Vecco kit from a reputable person and it had everything except a bracket to re-locate the power steering it just tucks it lower and in a litte I think not 100% sure I saw it in the instuctions once when i read throught them then had them at work and my boss threw them away along with the origional invoice wich had the serial # on it after contacting Vecco and them telling me it would be no problem for around 30 bucks and wanted to know to whom the origional kit was sold to well since the instructions are missing now i don't know so i told them that i wanted the part and that i didn't know that i lost the origional invoice so they tell me that they cant just send parts out without knowing the serial # for the kit !!! what kind of crap is that ?? thats like be buying a used car and going to the dealership and them telling me I cant get parts for it !!!! I am so pissed as i want the install to go as smooth as possible ! I can probably make a bracked and stuff but it would be much quicker if it were already prefabbed !! anyway basically I need to know if anyone makes something similar I will have all accessories so the power steering just moves a bit any help is appreciated !!

Did you ask Vecco if they could lookup the original invoice via the original purchasers name and perhaps rough purchase date?
