HP does a nice twin kit for the 4.6L cars
Go To: http://www.turbochargedpower.com/96-04%20Mustang.htm
Basic kit price is $6,395.00

Hellion is also a good company, they have "On the shelf" kits
Go To: http://hellionpowersystems.com
however i don't think that Hellion has a kit for 96-98 Cobras

PTK also comes to mind
Go To: http://www.forcedinductions.com/MustangPTK.htm
Basic single w/ intercooler at $5999

It all depends on your cars mods, and preferance. Singles tend to take longer to spool(make boost) than the twin kits if not properly sized. All of the companies above come highly recommended. I'd go to http://www.turbomustangs.com/smf/ and read their FAQ's and search the forum for information that might help you in your search.

Do a lot of reading around and homework before deciding because 2/3 mentioned would be a debate for me since you can find plenty of people complaining and praising them.

yea i've heard fitment issues with HP, haven't heard anything bad about Hellion though. Hellion would be my personal first choice do to the "On the Shelf" stock
