Unhappy where on the h-pipe should install my new hi-flow cats

i had been running cat-free for about 5 years.

Now that i installed 2 turbos and run FMU with higher fuel pressure, the engine bogs and misses, supposedly from bad reading from the o2 sensors.

is it poss. that without cats the sensors dont work fine?
if so , where on the pipe should i install the cats, near the front or rear?
