Question Opinions and testimonies w/gapless rings...should I use these over file to fit?

I'm beginning a motor rebuild and my brother is really trying to sell me on the Total Seal gapless ring set. Anyone in here using them or know of anyone that is? My motor doesn't ever see more than about 10lbs(mostly in the 7-8 lbs range)...but hopefully if this motor is done right I'll turn it up to about 12 or so. On my current motor I have a horrible problem w/crankcase pressure and blow by and this is a SIGNIFICANT concern for me (daily driver, and I do mean daily)...supposedly the gapless rings reduce this quite a bit? I'm probably going to go w/around an 8.8 comp. ratio w/forged slugs (still deciding which ones)...I'm looking at these gapless rings plus an independent set of pistons vs. the piston/ring combo in the DSS low compression 306 piston/rod kit w/Sealed Power/ Speed Pro moly rings...would these rings work just as good (given proper installation)?

...any opinions or comments are welcome...thanks.
