Question Anyone have a single turbo daily driver?

Wondering if there are any street driven monsters out there.

I was thinking about a C4, built engine to handle the power, doscile enough to make a several hundred mile trip. I can't be the first to think of this. To me this would be the car. 90-93 coupe, red black interior and keep it forever.

There are a few people in the 9's and a lot of people in the 10's with a single turbos and twin that are daily drivers that I know of. A good place to learn is over at www.turbomustang.com/forum

I'd like to know your total combination and any advice you'd have for someone wanting to duplicate your performance. Right now I am furiously reading turbomustangs.com

Although mine is certainly not a 1/4 mile terror with the road race suspension, I do drive my single turbo 93 almost daily to/from the shop. Feel free to drop by and see it in person.

Mine is a single turbo daily driver. In fact Greg helped tune it last weekend.

I have a single turbo daily driver too. My turbo setup has just over 44,000 miles on it since last February. I have had very few issues with it.

I average 20 mpg and other than a rougher idle from the F-cam it drives like it's stock. I'm running the stock cobra heads and intake and stock short block.

Fuel system consists of 36 lb injectors, 255 intank, and a T-rex pump with a Kirban regulator.

Drivetrain consists of a King Cobra clutch (which is toast), Tremec 3550, aluminum driveline, 3.55's, 31 spline mosers and a Torsen locker. 13" cobra (5-lug) brakes up front, 5-lug rear disc all riding on 17x9/245-45's front, and 17x10.5/275-40 chrome cobra R's and Phantom ZRX's.

And here's a pic...
