Question Is air suppose to come out of the oil neck during leak down test?

My turbo setup is low on power so I decided to do a leakdown test. On the dyno the breather on the oil neck was a smokestack.

On all my cylinders, a noticeable amount of air came out the oil fill neck when the cylinder was pressurized to 90psi. The gage was messed up so I did not get a reading, however, is air suppose to come out at all?

The strange thing is the compression test came out ok.
They were all within 7% and all above 150.

Should I just ignore that test?

A compression test can be deceiving when trying to diagnose lack of ring seal. Things like operating temp, ring clearance, cam timing and compression ratio can all effect the compression test results. I would be much more inclined to believe the leakdown results.
