School me on electronic boost controllers
My current power curve gives me to much power 3,000 - 4,500 RPMs. I thought that a electronic boost controller might be the cure, allowing me to lower boost 3,000 - 4,500 rpms, and increase it 4,500 - 6,000 RPMs.
But after reading some things I began to get confused. My car is mostly a street car. It seems like boost controllers are more geared towards the track, where you are going to go from a launch and run through the gears.
Can a boost controller be used on the street, where at anytime you might want to go WOT, you will have a controlled boost curve?
